LLCFT 198 - Fused Glass Plate Project

Would you like to create a functional and unique work of glass art? Consider making a Seder plate, a sushi tray, a Sunday dinner serving platter, or a decorative plate for display . In this 4 hour class, students will learn the elements of design and how to cut glass; you'll then use accessory glass to create a 12"" diameter plate/platter. Your design can be of your own making, or you may use one of the instructor's samples. From flowers to fish to fine lines, your plate will be one of a kind! No prior knowledge of glass fusing is needed. Special fee includes all materials. Cathy has taught glass fusing since 1998. She exhibits her work in numerous shows and galleries along the Wasatch Front.
