This course will meet virtually in real-time on Wednesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Please contact the instructor directly, as permission from the instructor is required to enroll in this course. Helping skills that will be covered include skills exploring thoughts and feelings, fostering awareness, providing support, and facilitating action. Students will also learn conceptualization skills. As this course has an experiential component that is a significant part of their grade, students must be willing to engage in reflective practices, application of skills, and role plays.
