Description
This course covers the fundamentals of construction project scheduling, emphasizing its role in managing timelines, resources, and contract obligations. Students will learn to create and analyze schedules, coordinate project activities, and address challenges such as delays and changes. Topics include critical path method (CPM), resource allocation, and the use of scheduling software. Practical applications prepare students to optimize project efficiency and meet deadlines successfully. This course is partially endowed by Jacobsen Construction.
