OC TH 7220 - Leadership and Management Seminar II

In preparation for Level II-A Fieldwork, this seminar will address leadership in program development, including financial and business planning, and outcomes and quality improvement processes. Students will also discuss and plan for the marketing and evaluation of their program development assignment, integrating the concepts covered in this course. Students will reflect on their practicum experiences with leadership: self, team, supervision, and advocacy. Students will learn to lead, inspire, and manage personnel through effective communication. Students will review and revise their Leadership and Development Plans in preparation for Level II-A Fieldwork.
