LAW 7072 - Trial Advocacy

A skills training course that uses text materials, problems, simulated courtroom settings, student performance, and faculty critique to teach basic trial advocacy skills. PRE- OR CO-REQUISITE: Evidence. Note: Second-year students intending to enroll in the year-long Criminal Process Externship during their third year should enroll in Evidence and Trial Advocacy during their second year. Counts toward the experiential education requirement.
