Description
RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) is an important technology that can be used to understand cellular states. This course provides an introduction to technologies and tools used to interpret RNA-seq data, including analysis of RNA-seq in bulk, single-cell, and spatial analyses. Throughout the course, students will engage in hands-on activities, practical exercises, and assignments to enable them to reinforce their understanding and prepare them to confidently analyze their own RNA-seq data. Students are expected to have a working knowledge of R, python, and basic genomics, as well as familiarity with the Linux command line.
