SP ED 5800 - Student Teaching: Students who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing (Birth-5)

Students are assigned practicum settings (early intervention and preschool) with children birth-5 under direct supervision of cooperating teachers for a total of 400 clock hours. Students will design and implement IFSP and IEP based interventions for children who are deaf and hard of hearing and their families. Student teaching must be either concurrent or following the completion of the Special Education Early Childhood licensure program.
