PRT 2201 - Introduction to Hospitality and Tourism

This course will provide an introduction and overview of the hospitality and tourism industry. The primary goal of this course is to acquaint you with the sectors of the hospitality and tourism system, their history, development, and roles in the tourism system, both nationally and internationally. Additionally, the course will review career opportunities in the lodging, food service, and tourism industry.
