UUHED 6700 - Education Within Health Systems

This course will introduce students to systems theory as it relates to the intersection of health care delivery and health professions education. The unique challenges and opportunities inherent in this context will be explored. Principles and strategies for optimizing value across stakeholder groups (e.g,. patients, providers, learners) will be explored. Students will be encouraged to apply these principles and strategies in their current practices.
