OSHER 919 - Mature Grief: The Grief We Carry with Us over Our Lifetime

This course is designed to inspire grievers to be curious about how their grief has changed over the years, to see how they have progressed, and to identify and explore their secondary losses that might be impacting their lives today. In this course, you will learn the difference between early grief and mature grief, gain an understanding of secondary losses, and explore strategies to help manage these unexpected and unwanted losses.
