LAW 7220 - Oil and Gas

Ownership, acquisition and development of domestic and international mineral resources focusing primarily on oil and gas, but including some hardrock mineral topics. Policy, conservation and environmental issues affecting development will be addressed, as well as various joint development arrangements. Administrative Law or Natural Resources Law are recommended pre-or co-requisites, but not required.
