LAW 7040 - Evidence

This course teaches students the Federal Rules of Evidence. Topics typically include expert testimony; role of court and juror; direct and cross examination; competency and privileges of witnesses; admission and exclusion of evidence; credibility of evidence; relevancy and circumstantial evidence; hearsay rule; real proof and writings; and constitutional problems of evidence law.
