ELP 6200 - Adult Learning Theory for Educators

This course explores aspects of Adult Learning Theory and Professional Learning that have equity and justice at its core value and goal for human learning. The course content and trajectory draw from research and literature on the following aspects of Professional Learning: foundations, perspectives, adult learning theories, models/designs, equity/advocacy, creativity and innovation, and evaluation of programs; that can promote a supportive system and school-based culture for adult learning.
