LAW 7940 - Judicial Process

Provides an opportunity for students to explore their insights about courts in greater depth. The class looks at how judges make decisions by considering legal philosophy, brought to bear upon statutory, common law, and constitutional interpretation. The course focuses on how judges are selected and how process affects decision-making. The course also considers how courts operate and current issues about the adversary process.
