ELP 6320 - Instructional Coaching

This course uses knowledge about how adults learn to focus on how teacher leaders organize and support effective instructional practices for student learning. Students engage in a coaching cycle that includes instructional planning and assessment, observation and feedback, and critical reflection. An emphasis is placed on developing a school community that supports the learning and mentoring of teachers through inquiry, communication, and collaboration.
