Prerequisites: "C" or better in (PHYS 2220 OR CS 1001 OR CS 1000 OR MSE 2001) AND (Full Major status in Material Science & Engineering OR Full Major status in Biomedical Engineering).
Description
Theory and applications of electrical conduction, semi conduction,
dielectric, magnetic and optical properties of materials. Variation of
these properties with composition, temperature, pressure structural and
processing. Applications to electrical, electronic magnetic,
thermoelectric and optical devices.
