LLBUS 189 - How to Write a Business Plan

Are you looking for a way to turn your hobby or interest into a profitable business? The first step is a business plan. A good business plan will give you an objective picture of your competition, a way to evaluate pricing, a blueprint for marketing, a future financial snapshot, and much more. In this class, we will look at a business plan's three main sections: business details, marketing, and financials. At home, and in preparation for our following meetings, you will begin to create your own business plan. In the next sessions we will review and critique your plan and respond to questions that have arisen for you. By class end you should have a draft of a working document--and be on your way to launching your new business.
