Description
Examination of behavioral theories and research for Honors students. Application to human-resource problems and administrative processes in service and production-oriented organizations. Focuses on the individual in such areas as socialization, motivation, communications, leadership, decision-making, conflict resolution, and adaptation to change. Application is demonstrated through the consideration of the impact of the individual on the overall performance of the organization.
