Description
The essence of Zen is a direct personal experience that will enable you to relax and manage stress, and can deepen and enrich your life. Zen meditation practices date back 2500 years to the Buddha himself, but are not confined to any culture or religious tradition. You will learn the traditional postures and meditation techniques as well as the Big Mind Zen practice, which makes the Zen experience accessible to anyone. Class will include instruction and discussion.
