Description
In this class we'll explore how to hit the reset button on yourself--erasing habitual patterns of tension and discovering the ease, spontaneity, and grace in movement that is potential and natural in us all. By learning to pay friendly attention to ourselves and our movement, we can challenge our non-supportive habits; expand our possibilities; and discover a genuine sense of ease in all aspects of life. This may include reduced back pain, improved athletic skills, greater balance and flexibility, less tension, improved eyesight, greater creativity, and improved quality of attention. As Dr. Feldenkrais said, 'Improve the quality of movement, improve the quality of life itself.'
