Laughter helps unwind the negative effects of stress, strengthens your immune system, relaxes endorphins, controls blood pressure, and acts as a powerful antidote for depression. Laughter Yoga is a unique practice that combines group laughter exercises with yoga breathing techniques. Unconditional childlike laughing enables us to get in touch with our true spiritual nature, cultivates a positive mental attitude and helps to develop emotional balance. This is all-level adult class welcomes all physical abilities. No yoga experience necessary. Please dress comfortably; bring a mat/ blanket and water.
