LLREC 750 - Backyard Hikes

Our city's beautiful backyard contains miles of hiking trails that pass through meadows and aspen groves and follow rivers and streams. Explore the Wasatch's scenic lower-elevation canyons (Ferguson, Bells, Neff, and others) as we enjoy natural splendor and the company of others. Our weekday hikes will be on gentle to moderate terrain and will focus on lesser-known areas. Explore or renew the vital connection with nature that calms the mind; learn to see, appreciate, and identify wildflowers; feel the benefits of healthy fresh air and physical exercise; and relax with new friends at each beautiful snack spot. You will receive information about what to bring and where to meet when you register.
