MD ID 7010 - Medical Nutrition

Medical Nutrition I is designed as a 1-credit, yearlong course. It is the first segment of a four-year nutrition curriculum. It was designed to integrate with the other first year medical school classes, and is limited to medical students. The overall goal of the course is to enable medical students to apply principles of nutrition to clinical problem solving. It is primarily a web-based course with a few in-class sessions. The course is designed to take ~1 hour per week of student effort throughout the academic year.
