ELI 465 - Introduction to Writing

This course is designed for intermediate students of English to improve their writing skills. We will concentrate on those structures which most intermediate students want or need to use, but have difficulty mastering. The activities of the class will use various teaching methods to practice writing structures that will be needed for academic purposes, such as writing summaries, narrative essays and mastering complex sentences.
