Description
Get the holiday social season off on the right foot by hosting a Nouveau Beaujolais party! You'll be the expert on both the wines and the food pairings after attending this preparatory class. You'll learn about and taste three to four Beaujolais's from nouveau to cru, then pair them with a tantalizing assortment of tastes even the most discriminating palette will applaud. On the menu: French cheeses, Spanish lamb and chorizo, roasted root vegetables with herbes de Provence, baked goat cheese with garden salad, seasonal vegetables, and, of course, freshly baked French baguettes. No party is complete without dessert; we'll remedy that with tarte des demoiselles tatin with creme fraiche. Please bring a photo ID that indicates your age to class.
