Description
Enjoy the flowing movement of yoga asanas as we uncover our inner power and strength. We will move slowly and gently through sun salutations and other asanas as we circulate energy in the body and develop a mindful breath practice. Feel renewed, refreshed and revitalized. Suitable for all levels. Erin has an MA in English and is a PhD student at the U. She holds certifications in yoga through D'ana Baptiste and in Moo Gong Do, a Korean martial art.
