Description
Looking for a full-body workout that nourishes your mind and spirit as well? In this class, we will combine dynamic breathing and strong, flowing movements to create a high-heat, high-energy workout that will tone your entire body, refresh your mind, and soothe your spirit. Prerequisite: Fundamentals of Yoga or equivalent experience. Please bring water, a sticky mat, and a towel to each class.
