PROED 502 - Aligning your Nonprofit Financial and Strategic Plans

Financial planning and strategic planning in any organization are critical, but in nonprofits, implementing and aligning the plans is crucial to mission success. In this course, you?ll hear from academy participants and special guests who will discuss their experiences in implementing the strategic plan so it aligns with the financial plans. You?ll also learn about various models to help you achieve this alignment in your organization. It is recommended that participants take the Strategic Planning (PROED 301) prior to this class or be comfortable with the strategic planning process.
