EDTEC 408 - Word 2007 New Features

This course is designed for experienced Word users who have worked with Word 2003, and who have upgraded to Word 2007. The latest upgrade to Word has a completely different feel and look, designed to improve the process of document creation and distribution. In this course, you will be introduced to the new and enhanced features available in Word 2007. You will explore the components and the new interface of the Word environment. Learn where commonly used features are located, how to navigate in the new 'ribbon' and customize the interface to suit your requirements. You will use the tools available in Word 2007 to create documents that look professional and also visually appealing.
