Description
Increase your flexibility, soothe away stress, and explore the process of meditation as you integrate gentle yoga movements and breathing with seated Zen meditation. We'll warm and stretch the body through yogic poses, sit in meditation, return to poses, and finish with meditation, all the while focusing on the practice of diaphragmatic breathing.
