LLART 97 - Pottery: Wheel-Thrown

Get the solid foundation you need to create your own wheel-thrown pots for home use, art, or gifts in this 15-week class. You'll develop fundamental skills in throwing, surface decoration, and glazing of stoneware and porcelain; practice good craftsmanship; and work in a state-of-the-art pottery studio. Open to potters of all levels. Special fee covers all materials and kiln costs. Additional studio hours can be arranged at no additional cost. John holds an MFA from the U and has been a ceramics instructor for more than 20 years. He has exhibited extensively throughout the nation and his work is held in collections by American Express and Wells Fargo Bank.
