LLCFT 164 - Beginning Fused Glass

Learn the fundamentals of fusing glass in a kiln as you design and make several of the following: small plates, pendants, sun catchers, and coasters. We'll cover kiln basics, glass cutting and grinding, firing, and design as well as safety. Special fee includes all materials. Jack has been studying and working with fused glass since 2002. His work has been exhibited widely, including Red Butte Garden's 2004 Glass in the Garden, where he was recognized with the Juror's Choice Award, and a 2005 exhibit at the Patrick Moore gallery, where he won Best of Show.
