Description
Learn about international cuisines in a hands-on journey to the four corners of the world. Build Gyoza (pot stickers), make your own pasta from scratch, cook chicken in a Tangine (Moroccan cooking vessel), try some Thai and much more. We'll explore the basics, such as measuring, knife skills, and cooking methods, and then devour our creations during the clean up.
