ULRE 611 - Environmental Issues in Your Real Estate Practice

To sell to today's more safety-conscious consumer, the real estate agent must do more than just disclose known hazards. He or she should also be able to recognize hidden hazards and advise the client on how best to deal with these problems. This online course teaches agents what to look for when evaluating a property, how to perform due diligence regarding environmental issues, and how to avoid legal liability. Water supply and wetlands, storage tanks, environmental consultants, lead-based paint, radon gas, asbestos, formaldehyde and volatile organic chemicals are also included. NOTE: Completion of this course awards 6 CEU's (Continuing Education Units) to LICENSED real estate agents within the State of Utah and DOES NOT provide pre-licensing credit.
