Description
Get hands-on experience on top-of-the-line cooking equipment as you learn in a Viking showroom. Each student will have his/her own workstation as we prepare a Caesar salad, Spanish shrimp, chili verde, Monterey pasta, and for desert, a choloclate mousse. Along the way we'll learn basic knife skills, which kitchen tools are indispensable to a budding chef, how to make a vinaigrette, how to saute perfectly, the benefits of a rice cooker, and the perfect way to make a mousse. Arrive hungry!
