FA 935 - Final Cut Pro & DVD Studio Workshop

This course includes two workshops. The first workshop is a one-day intensive introduction to basic non-linear video editing using Apple FinalCut Pro. The workshop covers the fundamental principles of digital video such as file management, timecode, and three-point editing, and more. Recommended for anyone interested in digital video production. The second workshop provides an intensive one-day workshop introduces the process of DVD authoring using Apple DVD Studio Pro. Participants cover the principles of importing from non-linear video editors, MPEG encoding, creating interactive layered menus, and other customized features. If you have video you'd like to turn into a DVD movie, bring it along. Recommended for anyone interested in digital video production and DVD authoring.
