MD LB 5532 - Applied Clinical Immunology II

Continuation of MD LB 5530. Utilize techniques for ELISA, protein electrophoresis, hemagglutination, immunoblotting and indirect fluorescent antibody testing. Employ flow cytometric analysis (including immunophenotyping and leukemia phenotyping) and molecular (PCR) testing. Rotation will be tailored to supplement any previously acquired experience.
