Description
Are you a jogger, climber, cyclist, hiker, weight lifter or other sports enthusiast? Learn how yoga can improve your performance in your chosen activity and protect or rehabilitate you from sports-related injuries. We'll pay special attention to core strengthening and joint health and flexibility. Open to all ages and levels. Please wear comfortable clothes; bring a sticky mat and small blanket.
