We'll work with a combination of dynamic breathing and strong, flowing movements to create a high-heat, high-energy workout that will leave you feeling great. Based on traditional Hatha yoga postures. Open to all ages and levels. Please wear comfortable clothes; bring a sticky mat and small blanket.
