Description
The customer service training program coaches service industry personnel on the fine points of meeting and dealing with the public. This eight-hour program sponsored by the Utah Travel Council concentrates on interpersonal and communication skills as they relate to good customer service. This program has improved sales, service, and marketability for establishments all over the world. The program is specifically tailored to address topics unique to our state.
