Description
Upon completion of the marketing portion of the management certificate program, students will have a much better understanding of what marketing is, why it needs to be integrated into the corporate culture and how to identify and implement key components of the marketing mix. The course will address planning, the need to make the public aware of your offerings, identification of key competitive issues, and the critical need for high quality customer service. This is and elective course for the Administration Certificate Program and the Management Certificate Program.
