Here's your chance to really impress your friends or family! We'll cook a formal dinner for Thanksgiving or Christmas using fresh ingredients, easy instructions, and wonderful presentations. We'll start with pumpkin leek soup; then progress to classic beef Wellington (tenderloin wrapped in puff pastry), asparagus with tomato vinaigrette, and horseradish-chive potato souffle. Our finish: tangy lemon tart with fresh berries.
