Description
Most of us spend a majority of our adult lives going to work each day hoping to make a significant contribution toward getting important things done well. Some days, we may feel we have made an important contribution. Other days, we may not. Leaders, managers, and administrators must set the stage and maintain the process for employees to be able to make significant contributions toward doing important things well and, most importantly, to feel the satisfaction of having made those contributions. This seminar will review important principles of leadership, motivation, and productivity vital to building and maintaining excellence in public organizations, even during challenging times such as these.
