We'll study this 2,500-year-old tradition under the direction of Genshin Gabrysch, a monk who has been studying with Zen Master Genpo Roshi since 1983. Take this step toward stress management and physical and mental relaxation. Your mind, body, and spirit will thank you. A vegetarian lunch is included.
