EDTEC 507 - Java Programming Language

The Java[tm] Programming Language course teaches students the syntax of the Java programming language; object oriented programming with the Java programming language; creating graphical user interfaces (GUI), exceptions, file input/output (I/O), threads and networking. Programmers familiar with object oriented concepts will learn how to develop Java applications and applets. The course uses the Java 2 Software Development Kit (SDK). This is a preparation class for the Java certification exam offered by Sun Microsystems. Tuition includes course materials.
