Description
Upon completion of the marketing portion of the Management Certificate Program, students will have a much better understanding of WHAT marketing is, WHY it needs to be integrated into the corporate culture and HOW to identify and implement key components of the marketing mix. At a minimum, these include planning; the need to make the public aware of your offerings; identification of key competitive issues; and the critical need for high quality customer service.
