Join the fun at a student class exhibit. Co-sponsored with the Utah Museum of Fine Arts. Creative Sculpture: Learn about the ins and outs of working with paper mache, found objects, plaster and other materials to make 3-D art. Using the permanent exhibits as a reference, we will make monumental sculptures out of many diverse materials. Learn about impressionable substances and how to manipulate them to your will. Drawing: Explore elements of design, and stimulate your imagination using the art at the museum. Learn a variety of drawing techniques while learning to sketch amazing characters (yourself!) and others. Complete projects that help you draw what you see. Painting: Create memorable masterpieces while discovering the fundamentals of design, color, and composition.
