LLLAN 375 - El Mundo Hispano

Experience the Spanish-speaking world as you expand your vocabulary. We'll focus on the culture of Spanish and Latin American countries though art, music, food, politics, sports, and traditions. Guest speakers will help train your ear to various accents and inflections; field trips - including a home-cooked meal in a Colombian household - will give you a first-hand look at the rich Hispanic culture. Class will be conducted in Spanish; students should be comfortable forming sentences in the past, present, and future tenses.
