Description
Do you want to maintain your healthy back or rehab your painful one? In this eight week course we'll work with yoga postures and sequences to help you cultivate (and mantain) a strong, healthy pain-free back. Safe for people with back pain or recovering from back surgery, this class is also ideal for those whose focus is injury prevention. Handouts with sequences will be provided for home practice. Please bring a firm blanket to class.
