LLHG 451 - Introduction to Antiques

Begin to gain familiarity with antiques through this hands-on class. We'll focus primarily on American antiques with some exploration of European smalls such as figurines and glassware. By examining furniture, pottery, porcelain, glassware, and silver, you'll learn what makes an antique valuable and how to recognize a true antique. Guest lecturers will provide further insight. One class will be an "antique show," where you can discover the value of your memento.
